Through a combination of user interactions, reminders, encouragement and nudging, basic financial & career-readiness topics are taught to students. The students' own money & experiences are used to illustrate the topics and drive engagement. Each student customizes their own digital assistant, who guides them through a process of learning.

All of Empower's data can be searched and aggregated by administrators and coaches. This can be used to monitor progress, justify funding and make decisions. The following is an example of the some of the data available:

Branded as the Program's App

The app is branded with the program logo, so students see the familiar program as an app on their phone.

Timesheets & Payroll Integration

Students can fill out timesheets on their phone! And the app can integrate with payroll systems. Employers have access to the app and can approve time.

Applications, Enrollment Docs & Attendance

Applications and collecting enrollment documents can also be done through the app. Attendance can be also be tracked.
